Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Talent Management Partner to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position/department, targets, and expectations.
  • Assist in the release of job postings on internal and external job platforms.
  • Build a pool of candidates and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, and ensure that they are managed and maintained in the Applicant Tracking System real-time.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Ensure that feedback is provided to candidates in a timely manner at all times.
  • Prepare candidates before interviews and endorse to Hiring Managers in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update status in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and/or reports to the Talent Management Partner.


Qualifications:



  • College graduate in any HR-related course or equivalent.
  • With 2-5 years experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • With previous experience in conducting behavioral/competency-based interviews.
  • Preferably with relevant experience in volume recruiting.
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
  • Preferably with experience and knowledge in using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Must have familiarity and experience working with various job boards/platforms.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Keen to details and timelines/deadlines.
  • Must have the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
